Flatiron Grille - Exceptional New American Cuisine in Jackson, TN

USDA Prime 40oz Tomahawk Special medium rare with potatoes…Exquisite! Included Molten chocolate lava cake spectacular. If you see this 2 person special (with appetizer and salad and bottle of wine!), jump on it. Server April rounded out a fabulous night. Will be back!

Moved to the area less than a year ago and wanted a nice place to have a quiet relaxed dinner that was above average in quality and environment and Flatiron delivered. Our server was Amelia and she was wonderful. We ordered the bone in ribeye and 10 oz filet, the bang bang shrimp, grilled caesar salad, seafood mac n cheese and creamed spinach. Both sides were excellent, steaks were cooked to perfection and overall a great time. We will be back, thank you.

We arrived at 8pm and were able to walk right in and be seated without any wait. We chose to go sit on the patio. (It is rare that the weather in the south permits this.) The service started out slow. The waitress brought us a bottle of water, but no glasses to use. We had to ask for glasses. This is a place for sitting and enjoying a long night. I ordered the filet mignon 10 oz steak with fries and a Ceasars salad. The steak was very good. But nothing set it apart from what I have eaten at places like Outback. The fries were average at best. Given the prices I would expect something that would set it apart from your average McDonald's fries. Pretty much the same quality as McDonald's on the fries. The salad was fresh and crisp. Presentation of everything was good as well. I've traveled the world and my wife is from Kaliningrad, Russia. She recently lived in Rome, Italy while getting her masters. She loved the atmosphere and said it reminded her of the nice restaurants in Italy. So 5 stars on atmosphere. Late in the evening the mosquitoes came out while we were on the patio. The patio is nice, but in the South, be prepared to battle mosquitoes when the sun starts to go down. Overall it was an enjoyable evening. Given the lack of good quality restaurants in West Tennessee, I would recommend this place. No place is perfect, so there are places where they can improve. 1. Overall service-good 2. Great food, great atmosphere. Very polite server. We both ordered club soda and 6oz bottle cost us $4 each. If I knew I probably asked if we could gotten a soda from juice gun at bar. Both mine and my wife's food we're cooked perfectly and seasoned well. But it took quite sometime between the salad and the main dish. We were not in hurry to get our food but it would been a little bit more helpful if our server gave us heads up about the large party that they had. But overall we enjoyed this restaurant.

Wife and I went her for our 35th wedding anniversary. All the food and the service were great. I had the bone-in ribeye that was cooked a perfect medium and she had tomahawk chops. Place is a little dimly lit but it was nice for a romantic getaway.

We made reservations, and got a very nice quiet table. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is excellent. The server did a wonderful job with his Tentativeness to our table. We ordered a bang, bang, shrimp, and crabcakes. Followed up by the Napa chicken. Highly recommend and will revisit

We experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving at Flatiron Grille. Although I neglected to make accommodations for our party, this restaurant didn’t turn us away. They accommodated us quickly, and the food didn’t disappoint! Our waiter, Frederick, was outstanding. Management was top notch. The restaurant was super clean, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I wanted to treat my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, for a great time this year. She said she really enjoyed herself and stated the food was very, very good. I would like to thank the staff for their gracious hospitality and awesome customer service. Definitely five stars!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was great but the drinks seem to have been watered down and not mixed well. But a nice chill atmosphere for a dress up date night.
